ABOUT US

PayKaasu is an Indian payments platform, designed, built and operated end to end in-house. Product, engineering, operations and customer support all sit under one roof.

The platform is built on a simple model: payer → PayKaasu → payee. Each payment is a single record that carries its own status, and every change to it is logged, so there is always one source of truth for where the money is. Vendor payments, invoice payments and utility bills all run on this one payments core, and the same foundation is built to support more payment journeys as the platform grows.

We work alongside regulated banking and payment partners, and our engineering focus stays on one thing: payments that are reliable, traceable and easy to reconcile.

WHY PAYKAASU

Your credit card, working as your working capital.

Most business cards carry unused limit every month. PayKaasu turns that limit into vendor payments, invoice payments and utility bills, so you can pay on time without touching your current account balance.

01

Interest-free credit until due date

Pay a vendor today and repay your card issuer on your normal due date. As long as you clear the full statement on time, your bank charges no interest.

02

Working capital without a new loan

No overdraft, cash-credit line or fresh loan application. You use a credit limit your bank has already approved. No additional credit check by PayKaasu.

Use the saving to negotiate

Paying vendors early or on time gives you room to ask for early-payment discounts, while your own cash stays in the business for the credit period.

FAQS

Frequently
asked questions

CONTACT US info@paykaasu.com Customer care: [+91 XXXXX XXXXX]
Can I pay a vendor with a credit card if they don't accept cards?

Yes. PayKaasu charges your card and sends the money to the vendor's bank account by bank transfer. The vendor needs only a bank account and IFSC.

How long does the vendor take to receive money?

Instant payments settle the same day, usually within 15 minutes. Standard payments settle on the next working day.

What does it cost?

An applicable convenience fee per payment plus 18% GST on the fee. The full amount is shown before you confirm.

Will I earn reward points?

That depends on your card issuer. Some issuers exclude this type of payment from rewards. Check your card's terms.

What happens if a payment fails?

If the card is charged but the vendor payout fails, the full amount is refunded to your card within 1 working day.

Is there a limit on how much I can pay?

Per-payment and monthly limits depend on your KYC level and card limit.

Is my card data safe?

Your card is tokenised and every payment needs your issuer's OTP. PayKaasu does not store full card numbers.

How the Credit Period Works?

Interest-free days = days left until your next statement date + your card's grace period (usually about 18–25 days, set by your bank).

Worked example

Your card's statement is generated on the 5th of each month, and the bill is due 20 days later, on the 25th.
